For all those who wish to make a career in the healthcare field, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) is the only gateway to get admission to the MBBS and BDS programs in Indian medical and dental colleges or institutes.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) recently postponed the NEET exam in wake of the situation arising out of the COVID-19 crisis. NEET (UG) May-2020 examination was scheduled to be held on May 3, 2020.

NTA informed that as of now the examination is proposed to be held in the last week of May 2020. The exact date will be announced later after assessing the situation after April 15, 2020.
